30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund for physical books.

Simply contact our support team and we'll guide you through the return process step by step.

Quality Issues

If your book arrives damaged or with printing defects, we'll replace it free of charge immediately.

Digital Books (PDF)

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for digital books. If you're not satisfied with your digital book, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery by contacting hello@kidzzify.com.

Physical Books

For physical books, our return policy is as follows:

  • You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, before printing begins.
  • Once printing has begun, personalized books cannot be cancelled as they are custom-made for you.
  • If your book arrives damaged or with printing defects, we'll replace it free of charge.
  • To request a return or replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

For quality issues or defects, we provide a prepaid return label. For other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
