Digital books are delivered to your email address within 1 day of order confirmation after our human expert review process.
Physical Books
All physical books are custom printed after your order is placed. The total delivery time is 15 days for all countries worldwide. This includes:
- Order processing and AI book creation: 1-2 days
- Printing and quality check: 3-5 days
- Shipping time: 7-10 days
Shipping Costs
Free worldwide shipping is included with all physical book orders.
Tracking
Once your book is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If you haven't received your digital book within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us. For physical books, if your package hasn't arrived within 20 days, please contact our customer support.
